Ifield vs Keymer & Hassocks
Div 1

K & H travelled to Ifield in confident mood after last weeks display and looked set to continue at that level for the first ten minutes but Ifield had other ideas as they closed them down at every opportunity whilst launching a series of quick raids via their talented right midfielder. That said they did have a couple of opportunities as Ian Parsons hit the crossbar and Stuart Thompson saw an effort drift inches wide.Ifields endeavour paid off however as they followed up on a free kick which keeper Craig Jackson could only parry and duly took the lead

At the break K & H had to hope Ifield could not keep up the pace they had set where in fairness they had dominated the first half.Fortunately so it proved as K & H found they had much more time and space right from the restart.Joe Davey started to make his presence felt with some runs deep into the Ifield half eventually putting Rob Kift in for the equaliser and then contributing a fine solo effort for the lead.Kift went on to complete his hat trick with Gary Thomas weighing in with a cross turned shot whilst Stuart Thompson concluded matters finishing off a well worked team effort
